Reg Webster
RWCI was founded by Reg Webster, building on his 40 years of success within the municipal engineering field and in response to commitments with clients regarding landowner group representation. With over 55 years of combined experience in municipal engineering, RWCI provides urban development and municipal consulting engineering and construction management services to the land development community. The merger with RWCI combines the companies’ complementary strengths to provide strategic, project, administrative and financial management services within the land development community. Combining forces provides an enormous opportunity for both companies and their clients. Both companies share an embedded culture focused on client success through the core competencies of: communication, leadership and professionalism.
Maria Venturo, CPA, CMA
Maria has over twenty years of continuous experience in Controllership, Financial Management and Management Accounting functions for private and public sector Toronto-based companies within the land development, home building and construction sectors. Her significant competencies in Auditing, Project Accounting, and Financial Forecasting support Delta Urban and RWCI’s ability to provide its client base with a customized range of cost-effective services.
Mustafa Ghassan, BES, M.Eng
Mustafa has been a part of the Delta Urban family since 2016 and became a partner in 2020. During his time a Delta Urban, Mustafa has demonstrated a great level of passion for the industry and has developed a strong understanding of the land development process, Landowners Group Management, and Cost Sharing Agreements. As a graduate from the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning, Mustafa has experiences as a co-op student working with developers, real estate firms, and in municipalities such as the City of Toronto and Town of Richmond Hill. Mustafa further obtained a Masters in Engineering from the University of Toronto with a focus on Cities Engineering and Management. Through Mustafa’s current role, Mustafa lends his support to all aspects of project management, financial management, and land development services offered by Delta Urban & RWCI, for planning and engineering related projects.
Chris Lant, BSc., MES
Chris joins the RWCI team as a Project Manager. Chris brings six years of experience in the Construction Management field. He offers both public and private sector planning knowledge as well as property due diligence experience to the RWCI team, providing a value-added position focused on Land Investigation and project coordination support. Chris’ desire and efforts in providing clients with the most accurate and timely information on new parcels and ongoing projects is an integral part of RWCI’s real estate and project management services.
Marcus Carrington, B. Eng, EIT
Prior to joining Delta Urban in 2022, Marcus gained considerable experience in the construction management field. During this time, Marcus has gained experience in sewer and watermain construction in both the public and private sector. He offers extensive knowledge in estimating, design review, and project management. His passion for commercial, residential, and capital construction is what drives him to deliver the best possible service to clients. As a graduate from Carleton University’s Civil Engineering program, Marcus provides scheduling, budgeting, and design insights to the team.
