RWCI was founded by Reg Webster, building on his 40 years of success within the municipal engineering field and in response to commitments with clients regarding landowner group representation. With over 55 years of combined experience in municipal engineering, RWCI provides urban development and municipal consulting engineering and construction management services to the land development community. The merger with RWCI combines the companies’ complementary strengths to provide strategic, project, administrative and financial management services within the land development community. Combining forces provides an enormous opportunity for both companies and their clients. Both companies share an embedded culture focused on client success through the core competencies of: communication, leadership and professionalism.
Marcus Carrington, B. Eng, EIT
Project Manager
Prior to joining Delta Urban in 2022, Marcus gained considerable experience in the construction management field. During this time, Marcus has gained experience in sewer and watermain construction in both the public and private sector. He offers extensive knowledge in estimating, design review, and project management. His passion for commercial, residential, and capital construction is what drives him to deliver the best possible service to clients. As a graduate from Carleton University’s Civil Engineering program, Marcus provides scheduling, budgeting, and design insights to the team.
Graziano Stefani, P.Eng
Development Advisor
Prior to joining Delta Urban this year, Graziano has over 40 years experience in the construction/development Industry. Since graduating from the University of Toronto in 1981 as a Civil Engineer, Graziano has worked for Builders, Developers and Consultants to gain experience in every facet of the Land Development process. In his current role, Graziano is providing support for numerous projects both for Delta Urban, and RWCI, a Delta Urban Company.
Maria Venturo, CPA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer & Partner
Maria has over twenty years of continuous experience in Controllership, Financial Management and Management Accounting and Auditing functions for private and public sector Toronto-based companies within the land development, home building and construction sectors. Her significant competencies in Management, Auditing, Project Accounting, Proformas and Financial Forecasting support Delta Urban and RWCI’s ability to provide its client base with a customized range of cost-effective financial and project services. She is also pursing her CACPT in order to expand and complement her knowledge of the land development industry and to add Urban Planning studies to her professional development. In 2020, Maria became a partner at Delta Urban. Maria plays a critical role in the Delta Urban team and it's commitment to excellence and has contributed greatly in helping to exceed our client’s needs over the years.
Myron P. Pestaluky, B.Sc., P.Eng.
President
Myron has over forty years of experience as a respected professional in both the engineering and land development industries. Through a progressive career, Myron has held senior positions in consulting engineering, public real estate, and private development. These experiences have enabled Myron to cultivate and apply a unique skill set and problem solving ability to the planning and land development process. Since the inception of Delta Urban Inc. in 1993, public sector and private sector clients alike attest to Myron’s skill and critical insight and how he has provided the industry with a performance and goal driven management system unlike any other being offered. Myron remains committed to timely execution, a solution oriented approach, creative financial analysis/management and value added results to address every client’s needs.
